Perfect for college kids

I bought this for my college daughter because she will freeze before she will put on a heavy coat.

She loves this because it is light and keeps her warm in the nippy Pittsburgh morning.

Soft and cozy without looking sloppy

I am 5'9" 185# . Most of my weight is in my abdominal area. Legs and thighs are slender. The length of the XL is good and the fit along the leg is loose but not baggy, not body hugging. The waist fits comfortably and for me is "form fitting". The top is really nice, well made and will keep me warm. A longer length of the might be a better design to mid thigh to cover the crotch of the matching lounging pant which can be "revealing". Wearing the Hoodie top with regular pants/thicker material is just fine like any other garment would be. Yes, I recommend.

So soft and warm; not itchy

These are wonderfully warm and soft and not itchy at all. They are like a soft warm hug, and if you adore wool like I do, you will think it's worth it to have to give these the extra care that wool requires. Yes, they need to be hand-washed and air dried, but it only takes a little extra thought and in exchange you have incredibly soft and wonderful jammy pants or long underwear. Mine fit closely enough that I could wear them under another layer (probably not something as tight as jeans, but something a little looser would work). I prefer to use simply hair conditioner to hand wash my woolens. Buy a cheap brand of conditioner, and then use maybe a quarter cup per sinkful. Swish it around in cool water until it's mostly dissolved, then soak your woolen in it. Squeeze to distribute. Let it soak for a bit, then drain and gently squeeze (don't wring) to get rid of most of the water. Lie flat (ideally) or hang to dry (but be careful the item is not too heavy with water or it will stretch out of shape). You usually don't need to do this every time you wear a woolen, because they are odor resistant naturally and often can be worn several times without picking up any scent from you. I love these lounge pants and have been wishing for something like this for years. I bet any wool lover will be thrilled with these!
