What forms of payment do you accept?
Leez.com accepts all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. For In Store and Phone Orders payment we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Amazon Pay and PayPal.
I returned my item, when can I expect my refund to be processed?
We make every effort to expedite the processing of your refund or exchange. Once we receive your package, please allow 5 - 7 business days for your refund or exchange request to be processed.
Do you accept international orders?
Yes, we do! We currently ship to 153+ countries. Select your destination country from the International Shipping dropdown, located on the Leez Cart page. Free ground shipping is not valid on international shipments.
Can I return an item that I am not satisfied with?
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the merchandise in its original condition with all packaging to Leez Department Store via an insured, traceable shipping service within 30 days from the receipt of your order. Please ref to leez shipping.
How can I change or cancel my order?
After you have clicked "Purchase" your order begins to process and we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order. Please contact our customer service department at 646-546-5652 for further assistance with this issue.
How can I check my order status?
You can check your order status by logging into your account and checking your order status. If you did not log into an account or create one, we would be more than happy to update you. You can reach us via Chat, Email or by giving our customer service department a call.
Once shipped; you will receive an email from us confirming that your order has been shipped along with your tracking number.
Do you have an In-Store Pick Up option?
Yes we do! As long as the items are available in store.
How can I check my Gift Card Balance?

Can I use my Electronic Gift Card at your store?

I'm looking for an item but I can't find it on your website, how can I confirm if you carry it?
We would be more than happy to check our inventory for that item for you; we do carry more items in our store than we have displayed on our website. If we do not have the item available, we may be able to order the item in for you directly from the Manufacturer. Please contact our customer service department for more information.
